Friends,
I’d like to welcome past and potential customers to Shaw’s Sunshine Gardens. We are entering our eighteenth year of commercial sales. You can find us online and you can find us in person. We are a small family-owned daylily farm. Our goal is to provide you with quality plants at reasonable prices. As another grower I greatly respect says, “We don’t sell the cheapest plants, but neither do we sell cheap plants!” Please let us know if we can assist you with your gardening plans.
Ordering: No minimum order. Sales tax is required for in-state addresses at 8.5%. Pay by check or money order made payable to Charles Shaw. We also accept PayPal and credit cards. When you use PayPal or a credit card, we do ask that you allow us to add the 4% that we are charged to process the payment.
International orders are accepted. Terms: pay in US funds only. Contact us for the current phytosanitary inspection fee, we pass on the actual cost, nothing more. Minimum order of $250 required. Actual shipping charges will apply. Please contact us prior to ordering. We are currently not able to ship to the EU. The Georgia Department of Agriculture will not issue phytosanitary certificates for shipments going to the EU. There is a issue regarding the shipment of plants into the EU due to Bemisia Tabaci, the tobacco whitefly.
Shipping: Shipping is year round. USPS Priority Mail at $12.00 for one plant plus $1.00 per plant for each additional plant. Double fans shipped unless otherwise indicated. There are times when we also use UPS or FedEx Home. Orders shipped west of the Mississippi require a $4.00 shipping surcharge. We really don't try and make money on shipping, but we don't like to lose either.
Substitutions: No substitutions will be made.
Bonus: Bonus is grower's choice. Bonus will be 20% of orders over $100 excluding shipping and handling.
Guarantee: Plants are state inspected, healthy and true to name. If dissatisfied, immediately return for refund.

Garden Visits: Visitors are welcome from 4/27/2024 to 10/12/2024. If you want to visit during the “off” times please just give us a call to arrange a mutually agreeable time. We can be available from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm Wednesday through Saturday, closed Sunday through Tuesday. If the gate is open, you’re welcome to browse. Please call before coming so that we can ensure that we are here to serve you.
